Ship in putter Head Only, we don't work with shafts (unless approved by RK). See below video on how to remove the shaft on your own. We only offer full builds (shaft/grip) for Local Players to UT and a select few a month.

US Customers → Round-trip shipping is included. We’ll email you a prepaid label that includes insurance + signature. The price of the shipping is dependent on the value of the putter and work being done.

International Customers → You’ll ship to us, we’ll handle return. Instructions provided after confirmation.
⚠ Important: Ship head only (no shafts or grips) unless Rush approves otherwise.

Mail in as Return Merchandise, DDP (delivered duties paid), valued at $0-10. This ensures that we do not incur any duties or fees to work on your putter.

Step 5 – Shipping Home

Before shipping, final photos will be emailed for approval. Once approved, we will ship your putter within 12 hours.
