Shipping & Shaft Removal

Ship Your Putter Head

 

  • Ship in putter Head Only, we don't work with shafts (unless approved by RK). See below video on how to remove the shaft on your own.

  • US Customers → Round-trip shipping is included. We’ll email you a prepaid label that includes insurance + signature. The price of the shipping is dependent on the value of the putter and work being done.

  • International Customers → You’ll ship to us, we’ll handle return. Instructions provided after confirmation.

    ⚠ Important: Ship head only (no shafts or grips) unless Rush approves otherwise.

    • Mail in as Return Merchandise, DDP (delivered duties paid), valued at $0-10. This ensures that we do not incur any duties or fees to work on your putter.​

    • HS Code: 9506.39.00

    • Insure for the value of your putter, for your protection.

 

 

Step 4 – The Build (leadtime is updated regularly)

 

  • Standard mods: ~10 weeks

  • Full custom: ~12 weeks

  • Need it sooner? An expedited order is possible (case-by-case)

Step 5 – Shipping Home

 

  • Before shipping, final photos will be emailed for approval. Once approved, we will ship your putter within 12 hours.

  • Insured + signature required (insurance always required).

  • Signature removal available by request.
