SHIP YOUR PUTTER HEAD

Do not ship your putter in without an approved/paid order.

Ship your putter head only. Stock shafts/grips will be discarded if mailed in, unless otherwise requested.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Insured roundtrip shipping is included with every approved build.

A prepaid shipping label will be provided after build approval. Shipping rate is based on the value of your putter and the work being performed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for shipping the putter head to RUSH KANE.

Shipping and customs instructions will be provided after build approval.

Insurance

We strongly recommend insuring your package for the full replacement value of your putter.

BUILD SCHEDULE

Current Lead Time: Approximately 12 weeks

Lead times are updated regularly and may vary based on build complexity and Atelier capacity.

Expedited Options

Priority scheduling may be available on a limited basis. Expedited projects begin at $599 and are approved case-by-case.

Because every build is personally completed by Rush Kane, occasional schedule adjustments may occur. If so, you’ll receive updates throughout the process.

FINAL APPROVAL & RETURN SHIPPING

Before shipping, final build photos will be emailed for review.

Once approved, your putter will typically ship within 1 business day.

Condition Matters

We do not offer restoration services. Our focus is performance modifications, fully fitted neck conversions, and player-specific builds. Putter heads should generally be in 8/10 condition or better.

Get Fitted

Loft, lie, balance, and neck geometry directly influence performance. A proper fitting helps ensure the final build performs exactly as intended.

Putter Compatibility

Not every putter is an ideal candidate. Please review compatibility guidelines before submitting an application.
