The Neck Conversion

Every release, every rotation, every sensation through impact begins here.

The neck conversion is engineered as one complete system. Loft, lie, toe flow, offset, onset, shaft position, and balance work together – built around your stroke rather than asking your stroke to adapt.

Plumbers Neck

304L Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel

.370” Shaft Tip

Right & Left Hand

The Plumbers Neck remains the benchmark of modern putter fitting. Its familiar silhouette has been trusted on Tour for decades, not because every player swings the same, but because its geometry can be engineered to fit nearly any stroke.

At address, every Plumbers Neck looks similar. What changes is beneath the surface.

Length, shaft position, offset, onset, toe flow, loft, lie, and balance can all be individually engineered while preserving the same visual confidence over the ball.

All RK necks are built around a .370” shaft tip, offering the widest selection of premium shaft upgrades, allowing every build to be refined around your tempo, release, and preferred feel.

The golfer sees consistency. The engineering creates individuality.

SHAFT UPGRADES
Built around a .370” tip for the widest selection of performance shaft upgrades and fitting possibilities.

STROKE VERSATILITY
Can be engineered from significant toe flow to face balanced, making it suitable for virtually any stroke type.

VISUAL CONSISTENCY
Whether built long or short, every Plumbers Neck maintains the same trusted look at address.

OFFSET & ONSET

COG Flip Neck

COG Flip Neck™

CG - Center of Gravity - Balanced

304L Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel
.370” Shaft Tip
Right & Left Hand

The COG Flip Neck™ or COG Mod was developed around a simple question:

What if the shaft entered the putter where the head actually wants to rotate?

Rather than asking the player to manage face rotation throughout the stroke, this setup repositions the shaft over the putter’s center of gravity, dramatically reducing torque and allowing the face to stay naturally square with far less manipulation from the hands.

Originally developed by Rush Kane by flipping and completely re-engineering a traditional plumbers neck, the COG Flip Neck creates a true heel-shafted design that delivers exceptional stability while preserving the clean, familiar look players expect at address.

The goal isn’t to hold the face square. It’s to build a putter that naturally wants to stay there.

Built primarily for mallets with wide-toplines, this setup allows the head’s geometry to be balanced with exceptional precision. The design is ideal for players seeking greater face control, improved start lines, and less reliance on timing the release under pressure.

Less attention on hand manipulation. More attention on speed, alignment, and making putts.

CENTER OF GRAVITY

The shaft is repositioned over the putter’s center of gravity, allowing the head to rotate around its natural balance point rather than fighting against it.

REDUCED TORQUE

By changing where the shaft enters the head, unwanted face rotation is dramatically reduced throughout the stroke, creating a calm, repeatable motion.

FACE STABILITY

The face wants to remain square through impact with significantly less manipulation from the player’s hands, improving start lines and directional consistency.

TRUE HEEL SHAFT

Preserves the clean, heel-shafted look players trust at address while completely re-engineering how the putter balances and rotates through the stroke.

COG Center Shaft

COG Center Shaft

CG - Center of Gravity - Balanced

304L Stainless Steel

.370” Over Shaft Tip

Right & Left Hand

The COG Center Shaft™ is our most refined expression of center of gravity balancing. Rather than exposing the weld above the topline, the shaft is seamlessly integrated into the head, creating a clean, uninterrupted silhouette inspired by the rarest Tour builds.

Positioned directly over the putter’s center of gravity, the design dramatically reduces torque while allowing the face to remain naturally stable throughout the stroke. The result is a putter that asks less from the hands and allows the player to focus on speed, start line, and distance control.

Unlike a traditional center shaft, this design isn’t built simply for appearance. Every bend, weld, and intersection is engineered around your eye line and stroke, making it one of the most technically demanding neck conversions we offer.

Less visual distraction. More confidence over the ball.

Only available on approved models.

TRUE CENTER BALANCE

The shaft intersects the putter’s center of gravity to dramatically reduce torque and improve face stability.

HIDDEN CONSTRUCTION

The internal weld preserves a seamless Tour-inspired appearance with no visible neck transition above the topline.

EYE-LINE FIT

Center shafting isn’t for everyone. Each build is engineered around the player’s visual preference and setup for maximum confidence at address.

MASTER CRAFTED

One of the most technically demanding neck conversions we produce, requiring precision welding, machining, and finishing to achieve a clean, uninterrupted result.

COG Center Shaft

CG - Center of Gravity - Balanced

304L Stainless Steel
.370” Overshaft Tip
Right & Left Hand

A low-torque modification engineered to keep the face square to the target line throughout the entire stroke. By relocating the shaft to intersect the true center of gravity of the head, this build offers unmatched face stability and eliminates excess wrist movement, ideal for players who prefer to focus more on speed and the line.

This setup is especially powerful for golfers seeking a more neutral path with minimal rotation and improved wrist control through the stroke. Depending on the head shape and player preference, the center shaft can be welded directly to the top line or internally for a seamless, tour-inspired aesthetic.

Only available on approved models.

Arc Balanced

Arc Balanced Flip Neck

304L Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel

.370” Shaft Tip

Right & Left Hand

Designed for players who struggle with inconsistent face rotation. By flipping the neck, introducing controlled onset, and relocating mass, the Arc Balanced Flip Neck removes one of the primary rotational planes found in a traditional toe hang design.

The result is a putter that naturally wants to return square without sacrificing the freedom of an arcing stroke. Toe flow is individually fit, from moderate arc to nearly face balanced, allowing the head to move with your natural motion instead of forcing you to manipulate it.

The stroke stays natural. The face becomes more stable.

REDUCED TORQUE

Relocating the shaft closer to the center of gravity reduces unwanted face rotation without eliminating the player’s natural release.

CONTROLLED ONSET

Added onset positions the shaft to encourage a more stable impact while preserving the familiar appearance of a traditional neck.

DYNAMIC TOE FLOW

Toe flow is individually tuned to the player’s stroke, maintaining natural arc while preventing excessive face closure.

STABLE THROUGH IMPACT

Designed for players who create too much hand action through the ball, allowing the face to return square with less compensation.

Center Shaft

Center Shaft

304L Stainless Steel

.370” Over Shaft Tip

Right & Left Hand

For many players, confidence begins with what they see at address.

A welded Center Shaft places the shaft on the player’s intended start line, creating a symmetrical look that naturally encourages centered setup and visual confidence over the golf ball. While the appearance is unmistakably clean, what matters most happens beneath the surface.

Each Center Shaft is hand-welded and individually positioned to achieve the exact amount of toe flow your stroke demands. Depending on shaft placement, the putter can be engineered anywhere from approximately 15° of toe flow to near face-balanced, allowing stability and release to be tailored without compromising the clean, centered appearance players are looking for.

CENTERED ALIGNMENT

The shaft creates a symmetrical look at address, helping many players aim with greater confidence.

TOE FLOW

Engineered anywhere from approximately 15° of toe flow to near face-balanced, depending on the player’s fit.

HAND-SHAPED

Every Center Shaft is individually shaped for the topline and positioned to match the player’s setup and preferred release.

FITTED GEOMETRY

Loft, lie, shaft placement, and balance are engineered together for each player’s stroke.

Pipe Flow

Pipe Flow

304L Stainless Steel

.370” Over Shaft Tip

Right & Left Hand

The Pipe Flow is our most versatile neck conversion and the signature offering of the Private Collection.

Beginning as a solid milled post hosel, each neck is individually heated, hand-formed, and bent to the exact geometry required for the player. Every curve is created by hand, allowing loft, lie, offset, onset, toe flow, and balance to be engineered together as one continuous design.

Originally inspired by vintage Tour builds, the added neck mass subtly influences feel and head balance while creating one of the cleanest transitions from neck to shaft in putting. No two bends are ever exactly alike.

The result is a putter that feels as individual as the player holding it.

Exclusively available through Private Collection.

HEAT FORMED

Each neck is individually torched and hand-bent, creating geometry that cannot be replicated by a production process.

UNLIMITED GEOMETRY

Loft, lie, offset, onset, toe flow, and balance can all be engineered together for virtually any player’s specification.

SEAMLESS TRANSITION

The uninterrupted flow from neck to shaft creates one of the cleanest silhouettes in putting.

BESPOKE CRAFTSMANSHIP

No two Pipe Flow builds are identical. Every neck is shaped specifically for the player and the putter it belongs to.

Short Slant

Short Slant

304L Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel

.370” & .390" Over Shaft Tip

Right & Left Hand

For players who prefer the unmistakable feel of a traditional blade, the Short Slant preserves the natural release that has made it a Tour favorite for decades. With moderate to prominent toe flow and slightly reduced offset compared to a Plumber’s Neck, it encourages the putter to rotate with the stroke while maintaining exceptional responsiveness through impact.

The beauty of the Short Slant isn’t simply its toe hang, it’s how precisely that toe flow can be engineered. Every build is fit to the player, allowing loft, lie, offset, balance, and release to work together as one.

For golfers who believe the putter should move naturally, not mechanically, the Short Slant delivers timeless feel with modern precision.

NATURAL RELEASE

Designed for players with a moderate to prominent arc who prefer the putter to rotate naturally through impact.

RESPONSIVE TOE FLOW

Engineered with traditional toe flow that can be individually tuned to complement your release and tempo.

REDUCED OFFSET

A slightly cleaner presentation than a Plumber’s Neck, creating a connected look many players prefer at address.

PLAYER FIT

Loft, lie, offset, toe flow, and balance are engineered together to produce a putter that complements your stroke.
